Where are services held?We hold sessions in-person at our West LA office location and virtually around the globe.

Do you offer enrichment services?Yes! Enrichment services are are great way to challenge those students who need more than the regular classroom can provide. Students needing enrichment support will participate in a project-based curriculum to further challenge and enhance learning.

Do you offer admissions essay prep or ISEE Test Prep help?Yes, we offer help with admissions essays and ISEE Test Prep. We can also connect you with an admissions consultant for guidance with the admissions process for elementary, middle and high school.

How long are sessions?Sessions run for 50 minutes.

What If I have to cancel?If you have to miss a session, please contact us at least 12 hours in advance. Missed sessions will results in the charge of a full session. Frequent missed sessions will result in losing your time slot.

Are you available for school meetings?Yes! Please setup and confirm at least 1 week in advance. The meetings will be charged at a prorated rate.

Should I invest in an Educational Therapist?Absolutely! The advantage of Educational Therapy is that your child's instruction is tailored to meet the specific needs of your child. An Educational Therapist will help your child develop strategies that will help classroom performance and self-confidence.

How does the tutor determine what to teach my child?Parents will be given an in-take form to list students strengths and areas of growth. During the first 2-3 sessions, the tutor will assess their academic status using a battery of assessments. At the end of the assessment period, parents will be provided with an in-depth analysis that highlight strengths and targeted areas for growth.

What grade levels do you provide Educational Therapy for?We provide Educational Therapy for grades K-12.

Will the Educational Therapist be in contact with my child's teacher and other service providers?If granted parent permission, the Educational Therapist will be in regular contact with teachers and all other service providers that your child works with.
